The Saddle Stays for the Royal Enfield Himalayan (2016-2022) from ZANA Motorcycles are designed to enhance the bike's load-carrying capability while ensuring durability and functionality. These saddle stays feature a patented design exclusive to ZANA, offering superior strength and aesthetics. Crafted from high-quality mild steel with a texture matte black finish, these stays are designed to withstand harsh conditions, making them ideal for off-road and long-distance touring.
A standout feature of this setup is the integrated jerry can mounting, which is non-removable for secure and stable mounting. The precision welding, using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, ensures a uniform finish and exceptional strength. Industrial-grade polymer spacers are included to act as vibration dampeners, reducing noise and wear. Additionally, stainless steel nuts and bolts are used throughout, ensuring rust-free durability in all weather conditions.
The saddle stays also include a removable exhaust shield to protect your saddle bags from the upswept exhaust canister on the Himalayan. This added feature increases the bike's versatility and ensures better protection for your gear.
The stays are pillion-friendly and can be used independently or in combination with ZANA top box racks, allowing for increased load capacity. These stays also provide limited tail protection, adding to the bike’s durability.
